While Cardio Tennis is not tennis coaching, you will improve your tennis by improving your fitness level and movement on the court.
Our Gold Membership includes 1 Cardio Tennis session per week at no additional charge
(subject to availibility)
$20 per session with a term or pack commitment
or $30 per session at the standard rate
Cardio Tennis is a 60min high energy fitness session that combines the best features of tennis with cardiovascular exercises for the ultimate full body, calorie burning aerobic workout.
Set with motivating music, the fun and social setting will leave you feeling healthier, fitter and happier. With a number of morning and afternoon sessions throughout the week, we guarantee you will get hooked!

WHAT IS CARDIO TENNIS?
Cardio Tennis is a 60 min class designed to get you fit while playing tennis. Students are challenged physically via tennis activities and drills in a fun and social environment with a maximum of 8 players per coach. Cardio Tennis is not tennis coaching.
DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBER TO ATTEND CARDIO TENNIS?
No. You can purchase casual sessions or book for the term. If you’re doing Cardio Tennis regularly, then a membership is the best value for you.
WHO IS WELCOME TO CARDIO TENNIS?
Adults and late teens of all levels are welcome to Cardio Tennis. Cardio is fun, fitness focused and not competitive. All abilities are welcome although being able to rally will significantly improve your experience so you may consider some group tennis coaching first or in addition to Cardio Tennis.
WHAT LEVEL OF FITNESS IS REQUIRED FOR CARDIO TENNIS?
We take great pride in offering challenging Cardio Tennis classes at our club so our members are dramatically improving their fitness level within weeks. Some get addicted and do 3 classes a week! So our Cardio Tennis classes can be quite challenging at first, particularly if you are not exercising a lot however our coaches will be here to support you along the way and get you fitter in no time.
Cardio Tennis is a high-intensity fitness class and is not recommended if you are pregnant or if you have any serious health issues. Please check with your GP first.
