NOMINATION

Applications for membership should be lodged prior to the end of the month for consideration at the next General Committee meeting. The General Committee usually meets on the first Monday of each month. The appropriate Administration Fee must be submitted with the Nomination Form. Applicants will be notified of their election as a member and an invoice for the appropriate subscription will be forwarded. Applicants are permitted to use the facilities and play socially while their application is processed.

SENIOR TENNIS

The General Committee may elect any person over the age of 18 years as a Senior Member of the Club. Senior Members shall be entitled to the full playing and social facilities of the Club. Senior Members shall be entitled to vote at all  general meetings of the Club and shall be eligible for election to the General Committee of the Club.

INTERMEDIATE TENNIS

The General Committee may elect any person the age of 17 years and over, but under 21 years, unless a full time student and then until the age of 25 years, as at the 31st of December during the current year, as an Intermediate Member of the Club. A Family  Concession applies to Intermediate subscriptions when at least one parent is a Senior Member. Intermediate Members shall be entitled to use the playing and social facilities of the Club subject to such By-laws as the General Committee shall lay down with  respect to the use of such playing and social facilities by Intermediate Members. Intermediate Members shall be entitled to attend at Club meetings and speak thereat, but shall not be entitled to vote on any matter. Intermediate Members shall not be eligible for election to the General Committee of  the Club.

JUNIOR TENNIS

The General Committee may elect any person 16 years or under, as at the 31st of December during the current year, as a Junior Member of the Club. A  Family Concession applies to Junior subscriptions when at least one parent is a Senior Member. Junior Members shall be entitled to use the playing and social facilities of the Club subject to such  By-laws as the General Committee shall lay down with respect to the use of such playing and social  facilities by Junior Members. Junior Members shall be entitled to attend at Club meetings and speak thereat, but shall not be entitled to vote on any matter. Junior Members shall not be entitled to election to the General Committee of the Club.

  FAMILY CONCESSION   

When at least one parent is a Senior Tennis Member, a concession rate for Junior and Intermediate Tennis membership applies.

SENIOR SQUASH

Any person over the age of 18 years as at 31st December during the current year, may be elected by the Committee of the Club as a Senior Squash member. Such members shall be entitled to the use of the squash, billiards and social facilities of the Club. Senior Squash members over the age of 21 years at 31st December during the current year shall be entitled to vote at all meetings of the Club and shall be eligible for election to the Committee of the Club. A maximum of two squash members may be members of the General Committee at any one time.

JUNIOR SQUASH

Any person 18 years or under as at 31st December during the current year may be elected by the Committee of the Club as a Junior Squash member. Junior Squash members shall be entitled to use the squash and social facilities of the Club subject to such restricting by-laws as the Committee shall lay down with respect to the use of such playing and social facilities by junior squash members. Junior Squash members shall be entitled to attend all Club meetings and speak thereat but shall not be entitled to vote on any matter. Junior squash members shall not be eligible for election to the Committee of the Club.

BILLIARDS

Any person over the age of 18 years as at 31st December during the current year may be elected by the Committee of the Club as a Billiards member. Such members shall be entitled to the use of the billiards and social facilities of  the Club. Billiards members over the age of 21 years as at 31st December during the current year shall be entitled to vote at all meetings of the Club and shall be eligible for election to the Committee of the Club. A  maximum of one billiards member may be a member of the General Committee at anyone time. At the discretion of the General Committee of the Club a person under the age of 18 years of age as at 31 December during the current year may be admitted as a billiards member. Such persons shall be entitled to attend at Club meetings and speak thereat but shall not be entitled to vote on any matter and shall not be eligible for election to the Committee of the Club.

SOCIAL

The General Committee may elect any person over the age of 18 years who is interested in the sports of  tennis or squash, but does not wish to use the Club's playing facilities, as a Social Member. Social Members shall be entitled to use the full social facilities of the Club. Social Members shall be entitled to attend at Club meetings and speak thereat, but shall not be entitled to vote on any matter. Social Members shall not be eligible for election to the General Committee of the Club.
