The Geelong Lawn Tennis Club is a not for profit members club created under the Associations Incorporation Act. It is governed by a committee of ten, elected at the AGM in August each year. A full time manager is responsible for the operational management of the club, and he is supported by the Member Services Manager, and a number of part time staff. In addition, club volunteers assist with the operation of tournaments, junior competitions, membership administration and finance. Volunteers also play an integral role in sub committees which cover areas such as grounds maintenance, marketing and social activities.
